    Hi
I was syncing happily - contacts and calendar with Outlook and music too, then, I think it was when I updated to the latest version of HTC Sync, it stopped syncing. It still recognises that the phone has been plugged in, the phone says last sync 22/11 and you hit the sync now button, it says syncing briefly, then goes back to sync now. On the PC, the sync now button does nothing and if you try to change any options they are greyed out as if it is in the process of syncing.

I have uninstalled HTC sync and the usb driver and reinstalled and get the same problem.

    Any thoughts?

    Welcome to the forums, Praven.

The syncing issues can be remedied by going into menu > settings > applications > manage applications and then clearing data and cache on all sync apps one at a time.

Be sure to not just clear cache, clear data as well (you'll have to reconfigure some of the apps).

Then reboot the device and all should be well once you've put in your settings.
