Will I get electrocuted or any harm if I touch the phone charger metal tip?

If I plug in the USB charger wire into PC and I touch the metal tip (metal tip that is supposed to connect to the phone), will I get electrocuted or any harm?

If I plug in the wall charger and switch on the power and I touch the metal tip (metal tip that is supposed to connect to the phone), will I get electrocuted or any harm?

It's only 5v, 1 amp. You won't even feel a tingle.

Of course I wouldn't recommend testing that while standing in a puddle of water during a thunderstorm.
