Help Will rooting my s6 on sprint disqualify my annual upgrade?

I was wondering if rooting my phone would disqualify me from getting an upgrade on my oneup annual upgrade, on sprint, since the device warranty would be void.

Sorry, didn't tread carefully. You might have to do a factory reset, but that's it.

Depends on how carefully they examine the phone when you return it. Rooting will trip the Knox flag and that is permanent even if you unroot and return it to stock otherwise.
The answer may lie in the fine print of your Terms of Service agreement (that terribly long document that you legally have to agree to but that nobody ever reads). This would be a good time to actually read it and look for an exclusion clause regarding modified devices.
