At one point, i had no taskbar on my screen. Than after a few updates, i noticed it was back. Can someone please help me out and tell me a way, using Home++ that will allow me to remove the home taskbar off my screen. Thanks alot. I cannot figure this one out for some reason.

Do you mean the notification bar? There's a little speech bubble notification icon on the bottom in the Home++ icon bar. If you long press it, it will turn the top notification bar on or off.

He means the bar of small icons at the bottom. The one with the little speech bubble with the ! in it. Hold that, and you will have the option to hide the top notification bar.
