I just picked up the Kobo LookBook e-reader for $60.00 at Walmart. I was wondering if you can root these readers? I've done some searching but can find anything on it. I'd like to find out before I decide to keep it.
Connect it to your computer. Install adb on the computer. See if you can talk to it via adb. See if it accepts a remount command. If it does, you can most likely root it (by pushing su - there are instructions all over the web).
