General Will You Be Basking in 4G Goodness?

Well, it seems that the same questions have been asked over and over again here in this forum, and it has gotten quite repetitive and boring around here. I figured I'd try and throw in a fresh question, yet not completely off subject. When you get your Thunderbolt (if it ever launches), will you be using your device in true 4G coverage? (Home, work, etc). Unfortunately, I do not live in a 4G area, and I will have to be content with using 3G coverage on my Thunderbolt. I live in Alabama and the nearest 4G coverage area for me is Atlanta, Georgia. So, will you guys/gals be basking in 4G goodness in your area when you finally get your hands on the Thunderbolt?

Not at the house but will at work. The building even has LTE antennas run through it. Tower is less than a mile away too. Got 21Mbps upload on the aircard the other day. It's there and waiting for my TBolt.

Sweet! I'm going to Mardi Gras this year. Hopefully I can get my hands on the phone before I make the trip. I can stream 4G boobies to the internets. :p

BTW great coverage in San Diego. Using an air card I got 18 Mbps down and 13 Mbps up. I'm sure the phone wont be as good as the air card but those are some incredible speeds.

Awesome guys. I'm curious to hear about everyone's 4G speeds. My area is supposed to be getting it sometime this year.

Detroit, MI. Verizon released a press release yesterday saying they will be expanding 4g from tomorrow. Just in time for the Bolt.

any idea how far out the lte signal will go from a launch city? If im in the ann arbor area 40 miles or so from Detroit, will I be covered? Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a real map, just dots.

I'm about 30 miles outside of LA, so I've got no idea if I'll actually be within range of a 4g tower. Anyone have info on the range?
