I have a WHS box which I can connect to via the internet and download my files. When I connect to the server with the default Android browser it shows the site fine, but when I go to download a file (say a .doc file), the file is larger than normal and can't be opened in quickoffice.

Yesterday I was trying to download a 28k word document that kept downloading at 158k in size. So what I had to do was find a PC, download the file, send it to myself in gmail and it worked fine.

    Any ideas?

Personally, I use DropBox (see signature) and it works. I have it set up on my WHS as well so anything saved to the folder is synced and you can pull it down with the DB application on the market (free).
