Windows will not let me sync my .mkv files to the cappy

Hi guys,

I downloaded a blu ray rip of super bad in 720p. total file size is 4.7gbs. For some reason windows will not let me sync the file through media player or drag and drop.

when I drag and drop it just says "windows explorer failed blah blah" and automatically closes.

I have .mkv codecs on my computer, the files play seamlessly. Is it because the file size is too big?


any ideas?

Probably. The storage is Fat32 which has a ~4GB max file limit.

Nope, limited to just under 4gb. NTFS can handle bigger but not recognized by the phone (I tried already). You could use a file splitter to split the file into two smaller pieces.
