I uploaded a bunch of music to my phone but I can only play the MP3 ones. If I choose any of the WMA files is says "File Type Unsupported" Help!

P.S. The WMA files were orginally burned in using Windows Media Player in lossless setting.

Hi, I should warn you that I am a complete newbie, so take all of this with a grain of salt. This phone will not support WMA so you will have to convert them to the mp3 format. I had to burn all my WMA to a cd, then ran a converter program to resave them to my hard drive as mp3. If you do a quick search of these forums, you will see several suggestions for free conversion programs (I can't remember which one I used off the top of my head). Once in mp3, you are good to go.

    Hope this helps!
