I have a Sony Xperia S which I recently updated. since updating I can no longer receive or send texts or open e mails. I cannot connect my phone to any devices and have tried on three different pc's so I could save my music, videos and pictures as I do not want to lose them but I cannot do this so therefore I have not reset my phone until I resolve this but have had no help with my network provider or sony itself, iIhave done what I have been told but no luck.
