    Hi,

I just bought a Galaxy Tab 2 tablet (with 4.1 Jelly Bean), with a 32gig sd card. I know we can't move apps to the sd card but what about the multimedia libraries?

When my MP3s were located locally in the tablet, all the music player app I downloaded could find them (google music player, winamp, AllShare). Now that I moved my music and videos to the sd card, none of them can find them. Only program that can find libraries is ES File Explorer.

Is there a way to fix this? Can the tablet "see" the multimedia files on the sd card??

    thanks for your help

As a test, have you tried using the stock video and music players? They work for me.

Have you tried Settings>Applications>yourplayers and Clear Cache/Data?

Try opening the file from the file explorer - when you open it this way it will search for an appropriate app to open the file and that sometimes creates the connection.
