Won't Update to 45.4.13, need build.prop dump

Hi, I need help. I rooted with Photon Torpedo a while back, and everything was fine. I want to update (despite the lockdown warnings) from 45.3.6 to 45.4.13 but the update fails every time, even after a factory reset of the device. Pressing both volume buttons when I see the "!" Android gives me the error, honestly, too fast for me to read, but I'm assuming it is the build.prop problem others have had. I don't have a backup of build.prop because of the factory reset, so I'm wondering if anyone can dump the content of the build.prop file from a device that has 45.3.6 so I can successfully update to 45.4.13. Make sense? Other solutions welcome, and I'll just dump my build.prop here in case anyone knows of any small thing that can be changed to allow the phone to update, and I'll just push it back to the device. Thanks in advance.

tl;dr follows - build.prop (links removed, new user restriction):

Didn't see this until now. But if you were rooted and trying to take an "official" update, my understanding is that you'd have to un-root in order for the udpdate to work.
