I installed two profile managers (MyProfiles / Sound Managers) one at a time. Set up a profile in each to vibrate with no sound. Neither vibrate. No sound, nothing. Uninstalled both. Went to Settings>Sounds and Notifications> Vibrate Intensity, and set all to Maximum. Set phone to "Vibrate." Nothing. No vibration. No sound. Tried all 3 (either profile manager and neither profile manager) on ring, sms, email, reminder.
