I have noticed that on both my evo 3d, and my galaxy tab 10.1 that when I open and try to edit a word document saved in a docx format, there is an extreme amount of lag... So much so that it renders the task impossible.

Now is this a compatibility issues with android, or the programs? I have tried few, and such as quick office hd (Polaris office won't even open a docx file).

Or is this lack of processing power in the devices?

    Thanks

Have you tried docs to go? that's my favorite by far. You have to pay for the full version but you can try it for free, and see if there's lag. I haven't noticed any, but I'm not sure I've opened .docx. I can try it and let you know.

I'd appreciate it, since the lag shows up when editing the document. Typically if the file is large. If you need a sample document, perform pm me your email and I'll send you one.

    Thanks again,
