Work/Personal Profile Manger (Sync Some Emails, Not Others, Sounds Etc)

I am looking a "profile manager" to let me quickly switch between work & personal work environments. Thing is, though, besides the obvious need of things like sounds, I also would like a quick way to tell it to not synchronize (or alert?) Facebook messages & general emails, but that it SHOULD synchronize emails sent to a specific email address, because that's an email address I have designated as being one that my child's school can contact me if they don't get me another way.

Is there a profile manager that can be that specific? Otherwise, what are good profile manager apps in general?

I'm not sure of a switcher that would do that, but it sounds like something easily accomplished with tasker. Ask in here as there are some real smart Tasker folks in there.
