So would this only work with the stock browser? Cause I'm an Opera Junkie...

I think this is based on WebKit. So I think it does not work in Opera...

So it looks like the verdict is that the app doesn't work. There are reports that say that when you test the flash version it shows up as the flash lite version that is already on the phone. It looks like the browser doesn't utilize it. Also, the sites that this works with are the same sites that flash lite works with, so it seems that although this may be awesome, it isn't working with the browsers.

If this works on the Hero I can pretty much kiss my battery life goodbye.

I have gotten this to work. I "played" (very very laggy, unplayable) Metal Slug from a flash site as well as browsed a flash video site.

not enough memory. slow as hell... you're better off having the free space on your phone (12.28MB). good effort though. might work on an evo.

I downloaded the flash 10.1. I went to www.whatismyflash.com and it says I have the 10.1 flash. I tried a couple of flash sites. I couldn't get a game to load but video works. I even used my wifi and the 3G. I couldn't tell a difference. I'm sure it will help with many things but I believe the processor may be our hold back.

How smooth is it? Can you get to Hulu and watch something smoothly?

hehe, i just tried myspace, it actually does bring up songs but the loading time is absurd. i don't really have a use for this memory hog right now, but it is a cool thing...i think i'll hang onto it.

I tried the full flash up grade again today as I have Fresh 2.3.3 now. I found that it is much better than before. Videos are decent, I was using my wifi but storms were messing with me as it is a wireless dsl. It took time to load but worked after that. I tried a couple of flash game sites and they also worked although there was a lot of lag in them. Hulu faulted out but it said it was a connection problem instead of being from a cell phone. I don't know how much flash I will use on a regular basis but it will be nice to have if I desire it to work.
