I just found out that holding the volume button with screen off while listening to music changes the track. Probably not new to you but it was for me.

it probably has to do with the rom that you're using because it doesn't work for me.

If your signature is current I can assume you're running lithium mod?

This is an awesome feature. I always thought it would be a good idea to map the camera button to do the same when the phone is locked/screen off.

Yes I am using lithium mod. And its a great feature to have. All roms should have it.

This feature has been in Cyanogenmod for as long as I can remember. I'm not discounting the awesomeness of it, because it is awesome, but I'm just raising awareness that is has been around a bit.

Yea....thnx. I'm still new to this whole rooting thing. On my third week n loving it. Wish I had the time to make everything the way I want it to look. I'm an anime fan. Wish there was more love for anime here.

Glad you're enjoying the goodness of root & ROM! Now if we could get the fence-sitters onboard...

The Sapphire rom (0.8.4 & 1.0) make use of the camera button for pause/play also. The track skip on the volume buttons is a little buggy on 1.0; sometimes it keeps skipping. I have only had it do that a few times, but cvpcs is aware of and working on the issue.
