I know that I am probably way behind, but I installed AppBrain and Widget Locker today and they are fantastic apps! They make the phone so much better.

Any other suggestions from veteran users that I may be missing out on??

I won't bother running through all of the previously mentioned apps, but I will second Mint! That is a kick ass app, I can't believe they just give that one away.

I really liked Mint and I wanted to use it but the service itself took a long time to update. A purchase would sometimes take days to show up :( I'll give it another try and see if they updated :)

Just a thought, it might be helpful to give a brief description of the app. Some are obvious based on the name but some I have no idea what they do and why it might be good to have.

And has the final version of Angry Birds come out yet or is it still the lite version?

I disagree. Tune In won't work with Clear Channel stations. That's the majority of what I listen to. My favorite sports talk and rock stations are both Clear Channel stations. So I would go with iHeart Radio.
Grooveshark is awesome. I went ahead and paid the $30 for a year of VIP access but now I have just about any song I want with me wherever I go. Create playlists etc.

    Found this description:

Personal finance site Mint.com has debuted its Android app today, which lets Mint.com users access a complete snapshot of their financial picture and manage their finances on the go. Mint.com, a TechCrunch40 company that was acquired by Intuit for $170 million last fall, initially announced the development of the free app last November. The app includes many of the key features of Mint.com

Can anyone tell me about Pure Messenger? Is it worth it?

For example, does it do a better job for an SMS widget compared to the SMS widget that LPP has?
