Root Wow, pretty quiet around here...

    So I just picked up one of these phones and decided to look around for a guide to root it. Since this is the first post in this forum, I'm guessing I might have to wait a little while, huh?

    There is a root guide for the LG Viper on the Android Central forum. I have already rooted my Viper!

    use super one click and then use rom manager to install the connect or lucid cwm's

    That wont work!!! Shouldnt cause a brick tho, as boot and recovery seem to be the same as the other variants, but system, data, and cache are different.

    Attempted to use ROM Manager to try to install CWM none of them work in fact ended up bricking my Viper had to bring it to the store to replace it.

    (I didnt attempt to try to do CWM when i seen this post i ended up doing it myself 2 days ago).
