Wrapsol | strongest, easiest and fastest-to-apply protection for HTC Droid Incredible

Ok, so I know most of you will say "huh?" when you hear "Wrapsol", but they are quite possibly the best rubber based, wet application screen protector on the market. For me Phantom Skinz and Wrapsol are close, but I think Wrapsol is the overall winner. But, they are more expensive.

They now have a new technology called "Ultra". It's a screen protector with built in shock absorption apparently. I haven't tried these, but it sounds intriguing. That one is $19.95, or the original kind is $14.95. Not cheap, but it's worth it IMO. The Ultra seems like it's screen only however, so the shock absorption doesn't make sense to me on that one.

I had one for my enV Touch and it was fantastic. Very little to no orange peel and great protection. They also include a generous microfiber cloth in the package too. It's really big and I was shocked when I got mine for my Touch, lol.

Long story short, I recommend these protectors and suggest you take a look. And NO, I don't work for the company, lol. I work in marketing so playing a product up that I recommend is in my blood. :p

"Wrapsol ultra uses a new dry application process that's 87% faster then the original Wrapsol: simply align the film, tack it down, smooth it on. The repositionable film releases air bubbles for a smooth application, every time."

I didn't see this when I first posted. That right there might sell me to pay the extra $5 for the Ultra.

i will not use anything that required water.

a clear screen protector will be fine for me.

As in my post above, their Ultra line doesn't use water. I am going to try it since I was super happy with Wrapsol in the past.

Also, with some Google searching I found out that promo code "chatter" takes 20% off your order.

I took the plunge. I tried the Zagg and hated it and then tried Skinomi and it's not great either. Maybe it's me, but the screen protectors I've tried suck. I hope the Wrapsol is good. There does seem to be a lot of good reviews on it. I guess we'll see.

One, but a quality one at that. As I said earlier, it's definitely not the cheapest option, but it's quality throughout. I am just looking at the huge microfiber towel that my enV Touch one came with and that alone is worth a few bucks, lol. It's literally 6 1/2" x 6 1/2" (just measured it), yellow in color with their logo attached. And the solution comes in a glass bottle, not plastic. Not to mention the squeegee is the best I've ever used or received with a screen protector. It is rubbery and spongey, and I believe can be used as a pencil eraser after you're done. Pure quality.

Sure we as the consumer are paying a little extra for all of this stuff, but the protector itself is excellent as well. It's not like they short change you there.

Just an FYI that yesterday I placed an order for the Wrapsol original scratch protection screen protector at wrapsol.com for my Droid Incredible. It's been apx. 24 hours and I have not received an order confirmation email. So I decided to call them.

Apparently they do have my order but stated that they are 'swamped' with orders. They also stated that they expect my screen protector to ship out today or tomorrow.

So it seems that they are a bit overwhelmed and their e-commerce system doesn't send out an order confirmation email automatically upon ordering...

Steinheil is not the only screen protector company with issues communicating with their customers or filling orders.

Yes, I ordered mine on Tuesday and didn't receive a confirmation email. I called them this morning and the polite lady said that my order was received. She then proceeded to give me a long order number so I can have it for reference.

Like you said, she told me that they have a major flux in ordering of these for the Incredible and that they are shipping orders in the order that they were received. Since I got in pretty early, she confirmed that my order will be shipped out today.

The only difference between Wrapsol and Steinheil is that Wrapsol has good customer service and they are at least reachable.

Yes, someone did answer the phone immediately after I chose the correct menu option on their phone menu system.

But no automated order confirmation email is not reassuring that your order had at least been received.

Agreed. But I have ordered from Wrapsol before and everything went smooth.
