I put one of these on after having a Zagg and a Skinomi. It shows a ton of fingerprints and has the same orange peel effect as the Skinomi. I actually like the wet application better and I'm going back to my Skinomi. No screen protector is perfect, but it's the best I've found.

Really? The Skinomi? That has some... pretty rough reviews on Amazon.

I'm probably going to get a Zagg from Best Buy and have them apply it.

Didn't read the reviews on Amazon, but I had one for my Pre and this one and they both were good. The Zagg has more orange peel effect and is much more grippy. The Skinomi has a slicker surface and is pretty good at fingerprints.

Try phantomskinz. I tried Zagg, Skinomi, StealthGuard, and Phantomskinz. Phantom had the least orange peel, and best cut.

I'm in love with my Bestskinsever, first time I've used them and find that Phantomskinz are their only real competition (price point and quality-wise)

SGP Steinheil (sp?) Crystal Clear is perfect IMO. I installed it in 1 try & had ZERO bubbles anywhere on the screen. It looks absolutely perfect with ZERO orange peele effect and it comes with 2 screen protectors in the case, a squeege thing, and a micro fiber cloth.
I would highly recommend you giving it a try. My buddy has the ZAGG screen protector and it looks terrible with the Orange peel effect and it distorts the screen a little.

Uhh, zagg was horrible, you have this $600 phone and an amazing amoled screen covered with rubber!. Steinhiel is by far the best ive used, its like nothing is there. looks and feels just like the glass.

Not to mention, the second you peel the wrapsol off its backing every spec of dust and fuzz in the air manages so stick right to it before u can get it on ur phone. Not kewl...

Nolesfan, did you get the original or the Ultra? My last Wrapsol that I bought about a year ago for my enV Touch was spectacular and had virtually no orange peel effect. Hopefully they didn't downgrade their quality!

Just as an update, I received my Wrapsol Ultra today after my last post. I haven't applied it yet and might not be able to until tomorrow.

I still don't know if the OP got the Ultra or just the normal one, but I can tell you that there is ZERO orange peel effect on this Ultra one. While I haven't put it on yet, I looked at it very closely from every angle and there is none. It looks fantastic actually.

I will most definitely post pics and such once I install it.

I got the Ultra and on the plastic it looked perfect, but on the device you could see the same orange peel as the Skinomi. Neither of them are bad in that department, but I wouldn't say that there is none.

Have you tried ghost-armor? I was a zagg man myself when I had my storm, but the orange peel look wasn't something I really wanted with this beautiful phone! Ghost-armor seems to work fine, and there is very minimal orange peel, if any. It doesn't take away from the sensitivity, either. I'm pretty happy with it so far! I actually pre ordered it, and got the full body for the price of just the screen.

I think the orange peel happens after installation, so I'm not surprised that you're not seeing it before applying.

I am waiting for my Ghost Armor and will let you know how it goes.

I was floored by how invisible the Clarivue's are. I took my time, steamed the bathroom, lined things up and managed to get an almost perfect fit. I had to double-check that I hadn't accidentally pulled it back off off. The picture is not noticeably degraded, and I'm pretty picky. Very happy so far.
