Wrongs reviews on Google Play

Hello,

I develop an application that I propose on Google Play. I have a problem that I guess is quite common. I'm quite confused by the negative comments I receive. Most of the time, the comments do not contain any usable information. When reviewers say something, it's to focus on small details (colors, menu item).
The rating is then systematically 1/5. All my attempts to contact these people are unsuccessful. Basically, I still don't know what is wrong with my application. How to get out of this situation?

Thanks !

Surely as a dev you can leave public replies to any comments, which these people can see.

You want to email them privately? If that were possible, I wouldn't be happy leaving any reviews on the Play Store, critical or otherwise.

Of course we(AF members) don't know what's wrong with your app either.

Suggest you post your Play Store URL, so we can see and possibly try your app, and so maybe provide some guidance for you. e.g. maybe the colour theme or menu items makes the app difficult to use, or could be there's a readability issue with it on certain devices?

Messages are truncated, and for some reason It's upside-own
. .This is on a Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra with Android 11.
Your Google Play video shows it running on a Windows 10 desktop. Is that what your app is, a Windows PC program that's been converted to an Android app? So I think it does need some work, to iron the kinks out for Android.

You do have it marked as EARLY ACCESS in the Play Store, so I guess it is still a work in progress. So any reviewers should bare that in mind.

Ah yes incredible! I've never seen this inversion on an Android device. Could you send me a report using the "send a bug report" function in the main menu (accessible by clicking on the gear wheel)? Thank you!

PS: What is very strange is that you seem to have tested an older version. The presentation has changed since then. The latest version is 3.0.217 ...

Ah. I made a mistake in the urls. I'm sorry:

The latest version is here:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.winstars3

or : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.winstars3.test
