Just tried it, and mine dropped a couple bars too. Never noticed that before, mostly because I don't usually put my hand over the top of the phone like that, and I've had this thing since August.

    Very common.

But, would you rather have the wifi radiation going through your hand instead of mostly bouncing off as it does? ;)

Hmmm...when I hold it normally in my right hand...I have full signal. And when I hold it normally in my left hand...I still have full signal. What were those Motorola engineers thinking?:D

My phone is having all sorts of wifi issues. Also, my internet browser seems to be freezing up a bit now too. Is anyone else having this problem?

I work in an office. It has a window, but it isn't
In a house, near some mountains.
    try this:
pull the battery. hold the home button, then power on (while continuing to hold home). when the little phone icon pops up on the screen, release home, and hit the search key. use the volume down button to go down to the clear cache option, and hit the camera button. go down and select yes, and wait for this to complete. once you are taken back to the screen with the option to reboot, hit the camera button again to reboot.

    this should help.

    Should this be done often?
