X8 1.6 Upgrades to 2.1 or up

I updated mine to 2.1, by following the instructions here (rooting and changed the id number) It updated fine and is working fine but should i change the id back to what it was originally ?

Firstly, you won't be able to change it cuz your phone is not rooted anymore after update & there is no way to root 2.1 yet

secondly, No need to change it.

I updated mine this monday, and I'm on meteor, Ireland. Watch the video posted a few posts above, it will explain how to update your phone, you wont receive an update directly to your phone.

usually these updates fix minor issues and its not worth updating the phone and losing root lol

plus, site from ptcrb didnt show any latest update for x8
