Is XDA the only website with DEVs who cook up custom RoMs for phones like the EVO? Or are there any other ones?

XDA seems kinda at a stand still right now.

No not the only, but its the BEST. There are plenty of ROMs over there though. Depending on your preference there should be something there you like. Froyo or 2.1.

It does seem like things have slowed down a bit now that Cyan has promised a release soon.
