I have been going around and around with Comcast. I can not get the xfinity address book to load onto my Samsung S5 phone. I get the emails but no address book from comcast. I have done a hard reboot and only added the Xfinity Connect app. Still I did not have any success. Verizon says there is nothing wrong with my phone. Comcast says it's the phone. I'm trying to contact Comcast high level of support again. On Comcast forum there are other people who have had the same issue. I have not found a solution so I thought I would try here.
