Apps xml attributes to corresponding method mapping

Hello everyone,
I am new in android. I want to know that how android decide which method is to be invoke. If I define height in xml file then how android internally invoke setHeight method. As in android the attribute name and its related method name is different for example android:autoLink invoke setAutoLinkMask(int) method. How it is internally handled in android that for attribute authLink, setAutoLinkMask method is to be invoke.
