So there's this Xperia C which has quad core power at price of US$300. It looks like power at a bargain. However, I tried finding reviews, and other the GSMArena, there's a lot of dubious Indian websites giving OK reviews. Amazon US hasn't released the phone yet, so no opinions yet either.
