    Hi all,

1st post so apologies if this has been discussed on an earlier thread.

My sons Xperia (approx 18 months old) just died yesterday. Have removed battery, cleaned terminals, reinserted, charged etc all to no avail.

Any tips/advice etc would be welcome especially on dealing with shops when I return aformentioned phone.

    Cheers

Welcome to AF, your best bet to get your question answered for your issue is in this section, In the Experia section, what model Xperia do you have ??

Welcome aboard. Sorry to hear that. Remove the battery and let it be for awhile (one day). Replace the battery with a different one (preferably new). If nothing happens and you can either take the device in for repairs, or upgrade to a new or different model.

    Best of luck. :)
