Well, it's not my phone, but my friend's Xperia S screen has stopped working completely. The phone itself seems to work, because it gives a sound signal when we call it, and it seems to be taking pictures after holding the camera button, but the screen is just black. We tried hard resets and charging it up, neither gave any result. He says that when his alarm clock went off in the morning it still worked, but a couple of minutes later it just stopped, and nobody knows what might have caused it. I tried searching for similar topics, but didn't find anything useful. I'm sorry if it all sounds too vague, but I don't own an android phone and I don't know much about them...
