Help Xperia Z - When a call comes in on silent mode, phone flips back to vibrate mode

Hi All

Im using the Song Xperia Z on Android 4.2.2

When the phone is set in silent mode and I receive a phone call the phone automaitclly flips into vibrate mode.

I have unticked the vibrate when ringing box but it still does this.

Any ideas anyone ?
