Neither. The Snapdragon 600 is a 32-bit SoC so you want the ARM framework. Arm64 will only run on 64-bit chipsets and the arm86 version is for Intel-based devices.

Your device is running Android 5.0.1, so you want the latest version in the sdk21/arm/ folder.

As stated above, the ARM-only version (the one highlighted) is correct.

Here is a guide on XDA to installing the framework using FlashFire. I've no idea if it will work on your device, and I definitely wouldn't advocate installing it without a working recovery.

You should have twrp or any other custom recovery ( if you're willing to flash xposed or any other desired modification files ). For almost all the devices the combination is volume up + power button. For Samsung devices the combination is power + home + volume up buttons.

I'll only do this once, but here you go. Flash with the latest Flashfire from the Playstore. Wanum is a good module for TouchWiz. I have it install on my S4, without custom recovery. I also am quite familiar with Odin. There is always a chance of a brick, so be prepared.
I am not responsible blah. blah, blah.
