It began with the Motorola Backflip: Yahoo! would become the default search provider on Google’s own operating system. There’s not much you can say to damn them seeing as how Android is an open platform, but the current continues to flow in that direction with other companies, as well.Today, Samsung and Yahoo! announced a partnership [...]

Its funny because everybody was saying "Samsung will find a way to eff up the Galaxy S." I didn't buy it, but wow, they did.

Hopefully somebody can find a way to root else it would be superphone fail.

Failure... I hope it flops. As my first *personal* samsung phone, if this continues, it will be my last.

Don't we love how Samsung takes a no-brainer and makes it rocket science? You take an Android (GOOGLE) phone and give it a YAHOO search engine...

But then again, they screwed me with the Behold 2 and the "update that wasn't..." And how about those people who are STILL waiting for that update? How's that workin' for ya? I think that the team that puts these fiascoes together should do a reality tv show! Show us a "blow by blow" of how they come to these idiotic decisions.

Annnd this, kids, is why you stick to HTC if you want Android. Anything less is sub-standard, unacceptable rubbish.

Meh. The moment is still a good phone. But they are deviating from the path. Samsung STILL is #1 stateside, market share wise.
