"You don't have any devices." is what Google Play reports. I have an Icraig netbook, model #CLP285 with Android 4.1. So what's the problem? Thank you. ( ebillcoyne@gmail.com )

Not sure but
Does the netbook have the same gmail account as the pc?
Has the netbook been connected to wifi with sync enabled for long enough? A few hours sometimes before Google registers it
Or if you are using Google play on the netbook then it's telling you that you don't have any mobile devices and it considers to netbook to be a pc.
