Help "Your device is corrupt" error on boot and cannot enable usb debugging

So I recently broke my Google Pixel 2 XL by dropping it. The screen protector shattered, but the phone itself looks to be perfectly fine. The only problem is when I go to boot it. When I try to enter recovery mode, it says that my device is corrupt and cannot be trusted. There is nothing I can do to get to the home screen, which prevents me from being able to enable usb debugging. I'm trying to do a rescue OTA on it but I can't without usb debugging. What do I do? Thanks!

As a side note, I'm using adb version 1.0.32.

When you say "dropped it" exactly how high and onto what surface?

take the phone into repair......not much you can do at this point.

I was walking and it slipped from my hand face flat on the sidewalk. I did have a phone case and it looks perfectly fine.

As ocnbrze stated, this is most likely a hardware issue that you cannot fix on your own.
