  2. first of all my phone doesn't supports live wallpapers and even if it does i wouldn't be using it coz I've tried it on my friends n1 and found it to be a real battry and ram drainer .
but i like the concept though.

My absolute favorite live wallpaper (for now) is Plasma, and I have it set to "forest" from the effect library.

I don't have a live wallpaper capable phone, but I'm curious to see these in action. Is there an URL that demos these fascinations? TIA!

I haven't had a chance to play on my Desire yet but I am wondering, is there any option to download more live wallpapers or are the ones that come with 2.1 the only wallpapers available?

I downloaded that one last night and it's very good, especially as it's free also. Lots of settings for it too!

I just went on you tube and searched for Desire live wallpaper and found lots of demos. Can't wait to get my Desire and try them out...

I think Earth Live Wallpaper, also known as 'Earthrot' is a really cool one. YouTube - Nexus One Live Wallpaper
I especially like the 3d-touch-interacive part (and the moon orbiting around earth, off course).
You can set earth as background, but also lots of other planets (and some moons).

Beziers Live Wallpaper looks nice too.

    Substrate (free) is pretty cool.

Bugz (free) is a fun one.

Galactic Core (free) looks awesome on the Droid.

Right now I'm using RedEye Scanner. Simple, but looks great I think.

so far I really like substrate, its pretty cool (and free). node garden is nice too. haven't really played around with them though since they do add some battery drain.

I really like the "Shake Them All!" live wallpaper, but it seems to put a good bit of strain on the battery, so I've been sticking with the galactic core lately.

I use Starfield. It's dark, it's not distracting, it's pleasant to look at, and it actually doesn't eat up battery. That paired with my white Beautiful Widgets clock/weather widget looks damn sexy.

Are there any more decent live wallpapers? I've tried all of the ones mentioned so far but I get bored of them quickly. My favourites so far are seeds of life (needs a more interesting background though, or at least an option to use my own) and the anipet koi one.
