We've had a thread on this a while back already... Hmm, brings back memory...
And Go Launcher Ex came out on top.
Needles to say, it's still my favorite. It's the most customizable Launcher I've seen, bar none.

I got down to 2, ADW and Go Launcher. Go Launcher is the smoothest by far.

all i know is Launcher Pro is the only app that i can hide apps *cough*porn*cough* from showing in the app drawer...i tried out Go and it did not have that feature...or it didn't work...

    Go has that feature.
    I should know... *cough*I use it*cough*
Hit the application button, and then when the app drawer comes up. Hit menu, hide apps.
Check the ones you want gone. and done.
Only thing is I use a backup launcher (open home) to access them afterwards.
But they are effectively removed from the go launcher ex app drawer.

i actually switched over to Go Launcher...and i use folder organizer for the hidden apps....now it looks like my phone has ICS :-D

  13. Go launcher is cool and the go dev team has some cool applications but the go locker needs some heavy improvements. it eats way to much resources. i prefer the widget locker as a different lockscreen if im in the mood for it. as for adw ex (paid adw) i got it when it was $.10 so it was not that big of a deal. both are good and aslong as you dont use too many go widget addons you wont use as much memory as i was. I had go launcher running at 43mb with all my go widgets and with go locker enabled it jumped to 128meg of ram.......(a little to much of a memory hog). but i re did my phone and now put go on there and have only a few widgets from go installed and it runs great.

I like ADW EX especially after their recent update.

  15. I've used Launcher Pro and ADWLauncher EX. Both are good, but ADW seems a little faster.

Launcher Pro. When you do a hard reset and your launcher disappears. How do you navigate to get it back? I saw this somewhere but I searched and couldn't find it.

  17. if u hit the home and u get no launcher/launcher list then u can just have it re-downloaded from the android market using a pc.
