My deal on Tmobile new customer changing from vodafone as they were way more expensive even though I had upgrade period:
300 min (any network), 300 txt, unlimited net (well it's 3gb but that is more than enough for me), unlimited landland (or pick another booster, whichever suits you) for
I got mine for $600 unlocked. Im in the US
I paid just shy of
Upgrade on O2 in the UK. 18 months contract. I asked in The Carphone Warehouse to just carry over the same terms (45 pounds, 1200 minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited internet). However, they said that this didn't exist anymore. Finally they managed it, but I called O2 direct for confirmation. They said the system was showing that the Upgrade had failed! However, I'm walking along with a shiney new X10.....
Upgrade on O2, 24 month contract
bought in Italy sim-free: 450 euros
New Contract on Orange from Phones 4 U(seless)
Yeah I've noticed the phone dim with the sensor on but given the battery life has been shocking so far I'm terrified to turn it off.
You must have been glutton for punishment going to phones4u. I only set foot in there if I'm playing the game where you have to try and stay in there 10 seconds without having someone come up to you to try and sell you something. It's pretty much impossible
I only went into get a Nokia 5230 LOL no really. they had none on 02 ( still on iphone contract till august lol )
was looking at getting ipad, so got rid of iphone but tw-t gave me an offer I should have said no to ( thats what the wife claims anyway LOL )
turns out i could have had same mobile on orange website for just over
Hi guys, new to the forums!
Well after hearing the negatives of the Xperia X10, I did have my doubts of whether to get the phone. But I decided to still get it becuase it looks amazing, the Timescape/Mediascape, the walkman, the camera etc.
So I have upgraded and awaiting for my phone (still no confirmation email but got the ref number) and opted for the Black version. The white one looks odd to me!
I am Orange UK and since I have been a loyal customer I get 10% line rental off. So the tariff was
Nice but if it was not for this bit
Refunds and exchanges
Please note Phones 4 U does not operate a 14 day cooling of period.
Thats what is on the forms I signed LOL
looks like the online store allows it.
like the phone so if sony support it then might be ok LOL
so far it does what I need, apart from decent games LOL
Really? That sucks!
You could always try your luck if you wanted to though ,as I swear 7 days still applies...
Rogers just posted their new-contract offers for the Xperia X10. $149.99 on a 3yr contract and includes a promo for a free MW600 headset.
Rogers puts on pre-order promo for Xperia X10
I think i've got a pretty decent deal. 20 pounds a month, free X10, 400anytime mins, unlimited texts, unlimited internet, 18 month contract. I was trying to push for a 12 month contract but seems they're really tough on it this year. Would have had to pay 100 quid for the phone on a 12 month.
if you dont mind, where/how did you get that deal?
I too tried a twelve month contract, they wouldnt budge.
got it from orange. i've been with them for 6 years and i know how their CRM system works. you have to be an existing customer and you get the best deals if you call them up and request a PAC code. They'll then try their best to keep you, and offer you the best possible deal based on your history.
why do they do this? its complicated but customer retention is a key tactic in business strategy when you have a mature market with little opportunity for growth other than stealing customers from competitors
last year i barely managed to get them to give me a 12 month. 350 mins, 150 texts, free touch HD for 20 a month.
they said they would have been able to give me that again this year, but for any other phone other than the x10 as its their most expensive one at the moment
I'm with orange, and the telephone call went something like this :
"Hey, I'm looking to upgrade my phone & renew my contract. The issue stands at the fact you guys want
I am happy with the deal I got. I have been with Orange for ages, so may be I could have pushed my luck even further, but as mentioned the deal I got was really good.
Granted it's 24 months, when I wanted 18 months but got the phone free. Just waiting for it to arrive now...
Hey guy's just joined but think i got a good deal.
12 month contract on Orange
unlimited web, subject to a 500mb fair ussage policy
43.50 a month and the phone for free.
It was an upgrade deal.
I've got 600mins, unlimited text, 500mb data usage and the X10 for
