Call back, did you say "cancel service"? If not do so and ask to speak with the loyalty and retention department about the $9.99 unlimited data promotion. Some here have had to call 2 or 3 times, be persistent and I'm sure you'll get it. How could they give to all of us and not you? Grab this bull by the horns and dont let go until you get what you want.
Also from what I understand you DO NOT have to have all your lines on a data plan. I know I read a post by someone who got this on 1 or 2 of his lines but not the rest. It's worth a call to find out, seriously. I don't want anyone to miss out on this simply because you dont think it will work for you. I was sort of skeptical before I called because someone on here said they turned them down because he already was getting a company discount. Well I get a 19% discount from my employer, so I figured they would certainly.shoot me down as well. But I said 'screw it,' I'll never know if I don't call, so I called, and sure enough I got it! And I can't tell you how happy I am to be saving $46 bucks a month from here on out.
