YouTube randomly doing random commands on my ZTE Zmax Pro

This morning I'm on YouTube trying to watch videos when randomly the video will pause the volume will increase and the support screen when holding the home button will pop-up I've looked around and I can't seem to find any solutions or answers to even what is going on any help would be fine.

Try clearing data and cache for the app. In case it's just acting funky.
