Bought an android radio unit called yuehoo for ford kuga 2015.

It's stuck on a SYNC screen. Every time I tap to go to home or settings etc it goes there for approximately 1 second and then goes back to the sync screen with Chinese writing.

Any advice greatly appreciated. Yes hard reset done many times already.

It sounds like buggy software in the unit, that needs fixing by the developer/manufacturer(Yuehoo), possibly with an update.

FYI the Chinese states, "Bluetooth audio", "Connect", and "Bluetooth audio device"

I don't have any way of testing the radio. I'd have to take it to a garage and they will charge.

Is there a psu i could get that would let me power up the unit without me having to install it in the car?

I don't think so, not unless you can get hold of a workshop CANbus testing rig. Having said that, I've never touched anything CANbus myself(I haven't owned a car in 15 years), I only know what it is and have seen online.

I think your best move is to get them to replace it, and try a new one.

Yeah, think you're right. Just sending it all back is the best option.
