Everything works except for my corporate contacts. They are not syncing up.

Couldn't sync mine either. Calendar synced okay, but contacts would never come through. Commence /restore

im not too worried about having to reroot and deodex my phone lord knows ive done it enough in the past month that i can accomplish it again i just dont want to install it then not like it and brick my phone trying to return im wanting to try this just nervous seeing as how im on the 2.2 ota ya know? not wanting to be holding an expensive paperweight like some unfortunate souls out there

I'm pretty sure that messing around with ROMs with the 2.2 OTA bootloader is ok, since if all hell breaks loose, the worst you can do is hose your /system partition, which is exactly what the SBF restores.

It'd be very hard to mess up the kernel, radio, or bootloader

Yes. The creator said it is important to follow his directions or it wont work. Its in his first post.

Quick question. I'm running this anit is workung great. However I installed BlackDroid over it which reinstalled the stock music app. Now my music won't play. It keeps telling me the file type is unsupported. Never had this problem before. Anyone know how to fix this?

Don't you sync your contacts with Google? If not you should. Also a good backup app is a must and saves tons of work if you are going to load ROMS.

create a backup of what you have now with rom manager
then just find a rom somewhere on the forum and follow in installation instructions, if you dont like it or mess up you have your backup you created
