Help zte concord and sd cards

I have a zte concord with an 8 gb sd card installed is this the right sd card for this phone? I cannot get any apps moved over to the sd I try card? And when I try to download any apps I am getting an out of memory message. The sd card is abacus gb.

Doesn't matter what brand or size card you put if the manufacturer or app developer did not enable moving apps to the SD card, or you are running a version of Android that does not work with SD cards that way. If you are running Android version 4.1 up to 4.4, the only option you have is to root the phone.
