ZTE V9 Problem.

Today I bought a new ZTE V9 Tablet, when i turned it on it had no Reception. I soon figured it out that It was because i wasn't registered to a Network. I went to the network connections and Tried to connect to 2G and 3G Vodafone network. It failed and said "your SIM card does not allow a connection to this network" So i tried To connect to a 3G Telecom network, it should've connected because my phone is an XT model. But it also didn't work and the same message showed up): How do I Fix This ? It permanently says i'm out of Reception and I can't ring or Text anyone and i can't use the internet. Someone Please help Me !!
