Root ZTE Warp Sync - All Things Root Guide

bcrichster, go to mgyun.com and download iroot. i successfully rooted my warp 4g lte with it. it's the only program i found that works. you can use the app, if it doesn't workn then download the program on your computer and it should work that way.

Don't know if this helps but saw the steps to get into fastboot mode for this device on HARDRESET.info i would try it myself but don't currently own this device but anyway these are the steps for those who do and want to help SupeR
1 Remove and insert battery
2 Then press and hold volume down and while you hold connect device to PC via USB
3 Now you will see on the screen text "FTM"
4 Next release held button
5 You are now in Fastboot mode
This is the link if you wanna check it out http://www.hardreset.info/devices/zte/zte-n9515-warp-sync/
Tried said dealie much to my terror at chancing overwriting a wrong partition and only effect was my jellybean keyboard kept F/C'ing afterwards.. Either I'm doin' something wrong or it was just a total fail

I it from blingdogg from a post in XDA devs. This is the url http://opensource.ztedevice.com/ .#30 down.Hit source. It will download in firefox.
I was looking at this myself but i don't see how this zip helps SupeR unless the bootloader gets unlocked then again i'm no expert but what i found interesting is that this guy blingdogg claims the bootloader on this phone is unlocked.

ZTE actually called me 20 min ago and they said that the only way to access bootloader & Fastboot modes is to Root it, but we NEED those modes to Root it.. I called him out, saying that THEY have to have a way to access those modes so they can diagnose/fix things and he said "True but we don't support Rooting so we either don't have that information at this time or wouldn't be allowed to give that information even if we did, Cuz we only program to CARRIER specs. THEY'D have that info about the handset.."

Did anyone ever try this? There is a PC version and an APK. The links are in Chinese, but you should be able to figure out what is what.

http://www.kingroot.net/down

They use different methods to root so if one does not work, try the other.
Yes I did. Both. PC app needs internet (that's one of the reasons I was @ McD's the other day when talking to SuperR..) Tried everything everyone suggested and links SuperR has provided.
