G Sensor Calibration flips one way only

Hey Guys,
I don't think this was always the case but my HTC desire won't switch to both horizontals, only one. I have done a reboot and a calibration, the calibration looked fine too.

Any ideas or experience with this?

On the calibration screen the bubble indicators are only on 2 of the 4 sides this indicates that it only shifts one way, it was actually designed to only go one way.

Really? If this is true I can't believe the whole time I didn't notice. Cheers for the info.

No problem, got to admit it would be good if it had the option to turn both ways. i think the new samsung galaxy goes both ways though

In the attached video it shows that a new feature in Froyo will allow the browser to flip both ways.
