Looking for a simple hiking GPS like bushnells backtrack

Was wondering if there is a simple hiking gps app that works like the bushnell backtrack..link below.

I found this Endomondo Sports Tracker does anyone have any info on how this one works?

Endomondo simply tracks the route as you do it. There is not a way to "backtrack" the route with that app, AFAIK. You might want to look into one of the car finder apps (I've used Carr Matey, which seemed cool). I don't know how well it would deal with routing you through terrain, though.

What you want is a GPS back tracker such as this one. Not only you can back trace where you came from but you can even mark your path on your computer before you go out hiking.

Yeah I have seen those, but won't it be cool to have a back tracker app for that???..

Bushnell one is really good. It can be used as a compass when you are on a hiking.
But it is a little expensive. Now I use this one below.
