Welcome to the forum
At the top of this section is a thread all things root, in the thread gold card tool is a link to download this tool.
its very easy to use to create a gold card, i have used it myself.

Is there a reason you want to debrand it? I'm also on T-mobile and their branded ROM was very unobtrusive (rooted now), unlike Orange for example. I don't mean to be rude but you don't sound particularly technical, from the style of your posts. Of course I have no objection to you wanting to debrand just because you want to. :)
your right i,m not too technical, thats why i sent these posts, but regarding your question i,m not too keen on branded phones, as all branded phones have their mark on them and i would prefer non branded, plus quicker updates when they come out, and not having to wait for o2, t mobile vodafone , orange etc to finish putting their touches too it, like i said it seems too technical for me, might just send it off and have someone do it for me, knowing my luck will probably knack it up, many thanks for all your comments
