I am attempting to Pair my bluetooth keypad to my EVO but am having problems. I have the paperwork that came with the keypad and have contacted sony and they keep telling me the same thing, that does not work . i feel like i am missing something little and i know with all of the infinite wisdom on this forum you guys can help me out!

Heres the deal. I have a blue tooth keypad (keyboard) with built in mousepad for my ps3 made for messaging. I want to pair it with my EVO. I do the standard pairing technique and the EVO is asking for the Passkey.

I am under the understanding that the device sets the passkey and the phone confirms it. on the paperwork it just tells me to enter the passkey or to make one up. us.playstation.com/support/manuals/ps3/ . I have tried 0000 1234 2580 etc.
Anyone experienced this yet or have an idea?
