Root Full Froyo Rom

Is there a fully functional froyo ROM. Im running fresh's rom, but wifi tether isnt working, and i was hoping to see the froyo lockscreen (slide right to unlock, left to silence) i had with my unofficial froyo rom.

are there any other 2.2 roms i can download, like cm 6? where can i get a link for that?

I am running this ROM:HTC OTA Froyo 2.2, *FINAL*, build 3.36.651.6 (Rooted) Odexed - xda-developers

it is a rooted version of the stock Sprint HTC sense rom.

It includes radio and wimax updates that you will also need to flash in order for this rom to work.

To get the wifi tether working again you need to go here and download the newest version that works with froyo: wireless_tether_2_0_5-pre7.apk - android-wifi-tether - Wireless Tether for Root Users 2.0.5-pre7 *** EXPERIMENTAL *** - Project Hosting on Google Code

I have had no issues with this ROM after a few reboots. Works great and is very fast!

oh im sorry DUDE that you didn't want to read and just be handed the answer how foolish of me lol

if you would have read in that forum you would have found a ton of roms that are full functional and running awesome.

cobirch, i just pulled down the fresh froyo 3.x and it works flawlessly through a program called clockwork mod premium..its costs a few bucks but its worth it. also. there are no easy point and click answers to new roms and how to's it pretty much the same here as most phone forums.. BAU< Biz as usual! poke around and find what you need and if you ask too many questions you get written up! hope that helps.

If you are running Fresh 3.1.0.1 you can download the newest wireless tether and it works great.
